Suppose that I scroll down the page so that some animateme elements are outside and above the viewport. I then reload the page with the browser retaining the current viewport position. When I then scroll upward, the animateme elements above the viewport do not appear until they arrive at the position where their animation ends (e.g., half way up the viewport), at which point the elements pop into view. This makes for some awkward disappearing/reappearing effects.
