floating plasma panel not respected by gaps when maximized #18

Open pdimens opened 1 year ago

pdimens commented 1 year ago

My top and bottom plasma panels are floating, so I set Window Gaps to be floating top and bottom (screenshot 1) and gaps when maximized, but maximizing doesn't create a gap at top or bottom. In addition, the plasma panel still maximizes (Screenshot 2, I assumed it wouldn't change). Settings: image

Appearance (panel maximized rather than floating, no gaps top and bottom) image

Are you using the stock Plasma panel, or Latte dock?

Latte is no longer maintained and I am not using it myself, so I can't help with it right now and likely won't support it in the future, sorry.

Hi I just switch to stock panel and the script work for me, with top floating panel, always visible, adaptive opacity. Maybe you need to uncheck the script > apply > check the script > apply for it to take effect?
