Add gaps for maximized windows #3

This may sound odd, but I'd like to be able to add gaps around maximized windows. With my current setup (openSUSE Tumbleweed, Plasma 5.23.1, KDE Frameworks 5.18.0, Qt 5.15.2, Wayland), I'm not getting gaps around maximized windows, although the README makes it sound like they will have gaps.

Otherwise, this script looks pretty good!

Gaps for maximized windows is an optional feature that has to be enabled in the configuration. Have you done this?

I'm not seeing a configuration button in the Plasma settings.

Have you followed the steps to fix this as described in the readme?
