Ongoing Notification Hider #2

Why does Ongoing Notifcation Hider not show up on a Moto Play G6 (Android 7.1.1)?

It works ok on my Samsung A5 with Android 8.0, but isn't shown at all on the Moto?

The Ongoing Notification Hider is based on Android 8.0 new features, so it is not available on your Moto device.
