Hidden notifications reappear after reboot #3

Version 1.64 Android 8.1

I have this issue as well on all Android versions . If I hide ongoing notifications they reappear after reboot even when "Hide Permanently" is selected.

This was the main reason why I bought premium and it doesn't work...
