stopped working #4

I temporarily moved ncleaner to my sd card and when I moved it back to my phone, it no longer worked properly. I uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't worked. I've restarted my phone, and checked settings but no matter what I do, I'm not able to get the app working again as in it's not blocking my notifications like before.
