switch_dataset to frontend (Leaderboard-page, skill-page, evaluator-page), and development of Evaluation page #66

getDataSets() Methode retrieve the dataset (Backend) on the frontend-Page.
Fetch datasets response.data frontend on the Leaderboard-page, skill-page and evaluator-page
Fix Exception on Leaderboard on the multiselect v-model="value"
Fetch datasets on the evaluation page
