Doesn't work #3

I know, this isn't the most helpful description.

I just added 'ncm2/ncm2-github' to my package manager (minpac) and nothing happens.

Looking at the source code, there is the variable g:ncm2_github#token. Do I need to set it? If that is the case then this needs to be documented.

Actually my problem is #2.

Regardless this needs more documentation. I don't think users should have to look at the source code to see what source this provides.
