this plugin can not work under python3.8 #7

And the very nice plugin "ncm2-html-subscope" has same problem.But these plugins can work well under python 3.7

@avriltank do you have latest pynvim version (0.4.3)? I can't run this plugin with 3.9 python. I found in :checkhealth output that my pynvim is outdated. After updating pynvim plugin works just fine.
