Incorrect error message when trying to assign department using edit command instead of assign command

Expected error message: "Invalid parameter input: d/"

Thanks for pointing this out. This d/ prefix is treated as an invalid prefix for the edit command. As mentioned in issue 5 of our planned enhancements, invalid parameters/prefixes currently cannot be detected properly by the program.
