Support for Python #9

I am planning to use LD2410 UART with USB port on a MacOS and running a Python software to push the state into MQTT Broker. I just wonder if there is any chance that you can make a similar library for Python, cause I am new and not able to migrate it from C++ to Python.

Sorry, I don't do any Python/MicroPython/CircuitPython coding so can't.
