Need new flag on account table

The changes have been made to the latest downloads and are available on the AWS S3 buckets through 7/1/2021

The accounts table has an is_canon field added and populated with a '1' if the record should be used for list of canonical accounts. Further filters for donor(if in contributions) and vendor(if in expenses).
