If they don't do anything with this email, will they stay on the list or be removed?

Good question! They would stay on the list. I would send another email to them asking them if they want to stay on or not. If they continue to not open our emails, I would recommend they come off the main mailing list.

sent one more test email - I wasn't happy with the subject line and the text itself. Planning to hit send around lunch time today (1/30)
