Update site to use secure images

• [x] Back-up WP database
• [ ] Install WP search and replace plugin
• [ ] Run test s/http:/https:/i on database
• [ ] Run search and replace
• [x] verify SSL cert is happy

Actually wen with "Really Simple SSL" plugin which means I didn't have to touch the DB!!
