Get the comments on a ticket in do_view

What files will be affected?

trac.py
shell.py

How will the enhancement benefit the project?

Users will be able to see comment history

What side-effects (if any) will the enhancement create?

not that big of an issue since this is what the changelog command is for. 
lowered the
priority on this one.

changelog is good enough and the command shortcut makes it even easier. not 
going to
add this.
