unset editor crashes tracshell #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. $ unset EDITOR
2. $ tracshell
3. trac->> edit <ticket id>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

User should get a warning that no editor has been selected, but instead
tracshell crashes out.
