I'm interested in TracShell (mostly, I dream about adding Applescript 
functionality to send tickets to 
to-do apps like OmniFocus or Things), but I must say that it's pretty hard for 
a newcomer to get 
started, especially with the configuration of the ".tracshell" file. I wrote a 
Get Started wiki page, 
which I include with this issue.
