Allow editor-less ticket edition/creation

The help on edit command says that the syntax is "edit `ticket_id` 
`field_query`", when in fact it 
doesn't accept a "field_query" argument. I should be able to write something 
like:

e 641 status=assigned owner=me

I initially wanted to apply these changes to do_create() as well, but then I 
realized that there isn't much of a use 
case (I can't see me entering a ticket description on the command line), so I 
left do_create() alone.
