invalid --site argument causes exception #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. from the commandline, "tracshell --site somethingthatdoesntexist"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should warn that no site exists and jump to default site or else exit and
print a helpful message to stderr/stdout
