invalid field values shouldn't make user start over again #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create or edit any ticket
2. enter an invalid value in 'milestone', 'type', etc
3. submit the ticket

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The warning should be displayed to the user and the editor should be re-invoked

Instead the warning is displayed and the user has to re-create or re-edit
the ticket.

In the mean-time, you can work around this. Work-in-progress tickets are saved
in /tmp/; e.g. I have "/tmp/tmpwmHKvf" after editing a ticket, which contains
the final contents. They're also never deleted...
