setup should not harcode /usr/local/bin #5

the script installation is hard-coded - this breaks whenever the user installs 
with --prefix option 
(or windows).

Definitely right on this one, I'll look at how to fix this for linux.

Windows support is low on my list until there's a solid level of functionality 
and
stability.
