Bug report: Dock menu does not always populate after reboot #8

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add Cuppa to Login Items.
  2. With Cuppa running, restart with "Reopen windows when logging back in" checked.
  3. After logging back in, right-click Cuppa to show the dock menu.

Expected behavior: Dock menu should be populated with teas, Quick Timer, and Preferences.

Observed behavior: Dock menu is not populated with any of the above items.

Workaround: Remove Cuppa from Login Items or unselect "Reopen windows when logging back in".

This bug appears to have been fixed with macOS Ventura 13.0.
