When I use 0f_HeatMap_nClasses_Overall.py to draw a heat map, no error is reported, but there is no result. I use this model to analyze 4 categories of colon cancer data. When sorting jpeg files, the --SortingOption parameter used is 10 , so when running this script, sub_dirs prints an empty form. I checked my command and found no errors, or is there something wrong with my understanding? hope to get your reply.
Here is my sorted directory:
512px_TiledThis directory contains only sorted jpeg files, without any subdirectories,As shown in the figure below:
