Unfortunately, I am noticing that Get_Labstats_From_jpeg.py is not in the repo.
Could you please add it?
Also, do you run it for one sample WSI that is converted to jpeg patches? or should you run it on all of the patches of all WSIs?
I ask since if the latter is the case, it would mean that I have to run the tiling script twice once just to get initial jpegs and the second time to do tiling again and color normalization.
