Need more information on column data in results #1

Hello,

This is a great tool! Can you please elaborate on the various results generated. Explanation of the various column data will really be helpful. An addition of column header will also do good.

I'm thinking of adding more features, but I'm quite busy with other stuff at the moment. I hope I can start working on it again in December. Below are the three main enhancements I'd like to add.

Port it to C++11/C++14 with SeqAn3 (github.com/seqan) from C++98 with the first version of SeqAn
Add Variational Autoencoder to produce a single ensembled score by using the scores from all the algorithms
Add documents and simple tutorials

I'll post it here when it's done.
