Commas in titl element renders variable-level links unusable #2

The upload and processing worked pretty well, but I'm unable to view individual variables. My codebook can be found here:

http://localhost:8080/ced2ar/codebooks/icpsr09486-0001/v/v2

My variable URLs look like this:

http://localhost:8080/ced2ar/codebooks/%20June%201989/v/icpsr09486-0001/vars/AREACODE

I'm not sure where that " June 1989" came from. I didn't enter it on the previous screen. It appears in the XML file in docDscr/citation/titlStmt/titl:

Metadata record for CBS News/New York Times New York City Poll, June 1989

in stdyDscr/citation/titlStmt/titl:

CBS News/New York Times New York City Poll, June 1989

And in stdyDscr/citation/biblCit:

CBS News, and The New York Times. CBS News/New York Times New York City Poll, June 1989. ICPSR09486-v2. Ann Arbor, MI: Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research [distributor], 2011-04-22. http://doi.org/10.3886/ICPSR09486.v2

From my email discussion with Kyle, it looks like it's choking on the comma. He's currently working on this bug. I can get around it in the short term by deleting the commas.
