Provide some example configuration files #35

CED2AR can be set up different ways. It is hard to determine which properties need to be used/changed for a specific set up.

Add some examples on how to set properties and values in the ced2ar-web-config.properties file.

Created 3 example configuration files: Development, Master and Wiki. Added Configuration Examples section to wiki page.

Moved example configuration files from ced2ar.wiki to ced2ar per Lars. (commit was part of #36 work.) Updated links in ced2ar.wiki/The-CED2AR-Configuration-Files.md
