Lengthy label in codebook upload produces bad error message #4

If you enter a Label value that is too long, you get an error message indicating that the XML may be malformed, when that is not the case. screen shot 2016-11-11 at 9 01 56 am 2

FYI, my label was CTS2003IncrediblyLongTitleUsedToTestTheErrorMessageThatDisplaysForLabelsThatAreFarTooLong
