Init prettier-plugin-tailwindcss

Beschreibung

• Im Projekt wird jetzt das Prettier Plugin für Tailwind genutzt. Dadurch wird die Sortierung der Tailwind Klassen automatisch an die vorgeschlagene Reihenfolge angepasst.
• Durch das neue Plugin sollte auch die autofix.ci jetzt entsprechende Änderungen vornehmen.
• Da es sich bei der output.css aus @northware/ui um eine automatisch von Tailwind generierte Datei handelt, soll diese nicht von Prettier formatiert werden.
