Add missing skills to Wiki #11

Racial and special skills for each race is not added to the Wiki.

@MorphLupindo Thanks for the report. Swoon is the skill for Vampires to recover racials. I just checked and the skill seems to be ok for Vampire Healer.

Please make sure you have picked the skill from the list during skill selection after a respec. If the issue persists please let me know. I'm closing the issue for now since I cannot replicate it.

Hi. The skills are missing from this reference page:

https://github.com/ncs-sl/support-en/wiki/Skills

The skill descriptions need to be available as you have to choose a new one each time you level. If you don't know what the skill does, it's hard to decide which to choose :)
