I would like to be able to link to a particular tab in a section #110

I would like to be able to link to the "How to Run Jupyter on a Compute Node, in an NGC Container" tab on this page: https://docs.ncsa.illinois.edu/systems/delta/en/latest/user_guide/software.html#jupyter-notebooks

Is there any way to enable that?

@robertkb, so far, I've only figured out how to link to the first tab. I'll keep looking for a solution, but for now I would just link to the "Jupyter Notebooks" section heading.
