A client request came to CILogon and the approval_ts read 2024-02-06T16:22:23.000Z. However, Terry had only just approved it a few minutes beforehand on Feb. 20. Therefore, the approval_ts does not actually record the date of approval, but (probably) the creation.
There should be a separate date of the approval recorded.
