Write a module reference #190

Modules are becoming ever more crucial to QDL scripting as they evolve. The reference manual gives the barebones on syntax, but there is no good resource on what they are or how they operate. Need to write this and make it available.

Started this in /home/ncsa/dev/ncsa-git/oa4mp/qdl/src/main/docs/oa4mp-modules.odt, but need to flesh it out a lot more.
