Fix issue #32 :

Add task spruce_to_physigs
Fix cluster_transform to work with mutation IDs in both bytes object and string format
Embed ref and var nucleotide into mutation IDs
Update script in task physigs
Output tree edges by SPRUCE
Add workflow vcf_to_trees
