ASDPLNG-169: Fix issue with not overwriting existing crons weekday values #12

I noticed while working on the ASDPLNG-169 ticket that existing kernel_upgrade CRONs were retaining previous weekday values, instead of defaulting to * weekdays. Apparently if the CRON puppet resource isn't given a value it uses the existing value on the host, rather than setting it to the default of the CRON resource.

This change has been tested on the following hosts:

avl-test
campuscluster-test
edream-test
lci
ncsa-test
