Change timeseries bar colors #10

Change the RCP error bars from pink and purple to shades of gray.

Once the historical maps are prepared, add a different styled error bar/whisker plot to distinguish that range from the future ranges. In the timeseries legend, call this "Historical range and variability".

This is done. Bars are now light and dark gray.
