Add the summer months in the map legend #18

Include June - August in the Summer Temp and Summer Precip map legends.

Done on the dev site. The map and time series legends for the Summer Temp and Summer Precip now read "[Historical average]/[Projected average]/[Projected change in] summer (June - August) [precipitation]/[temperature]".
