Change tool matrix search box title

Say "Search Descriptions" instead of just "Search"

I have added the text "search tool descriptions" in the search box itself. When you click inside the box, the text is cleared so you can enter your own search term.

The alternative to this was editing the search button text to say "Search Descriptions", and that didn't fit on the top line without wrapping, so I pit the text in the search box instead.
