Create a new list with the title of the project
Move the card from the Backlog list to the new list. This is now the Info card in the top of the list
Update the info card text with detailed description and scope
Add project members to the card
Set the list cover to green
Start adding tasks to the list

Toggl: If the project is large, let's say > 50 hrs, create/request a separate project in Toggl. Else use Praqma -> Practice and community -> CPH Collaboration - Generic. Use a project name as description.
