Portfolio / Advanced Roadmaps - What and Why? #87

A lot of our bigger customers want to get started with portfolio management tools but since we do not have a big corporate software development team setup with interconnected dependencies locally in Jira it can be hard to understand and visualize exactly what the point of this is and why so many are requesting it.

In this session we would like to use an Atlassian One instance as a template for setting up our own cross project portfolio management utilizing all of the different features in Advanced Roadmaps and confirming why these features would bring value to the organization with practical examples.

Since portfolio management in itself only brings more work and overhead when you are working well and communicating correctly in smaller teams we need examples on a big enough scale to see and understand when it becomes valuable and a necessity to have this level op planning included.
