Disallow creation of word after own word? #30

I think this was discussed as part of MVP+1/2. Could also be time-based so that a story is not left dead.

Giving a 5-10 minute "cool down" before being able to continue from your own word is an interesting (and fairly viable) change. Do words have a time_created field, or something related?

It doesn't at the moment, but this could be definitely implemented.
