problems with restrictive feature grid #13

Issues to address:

0-values: errors or does this represent something meaningful?
NULL values (e.g. no restrictive features): should default to "very deep"
- 200cm ?
- special code ?
- NULL ?
all restrictive features are included, best to split into:
- most shallow (all features)
- Cr, Cd, R

Investigate 0-values:

SELECT DISITNCT compname 
FROM ssurgo.component 
WHERE cokey IN (select cokey from ssurgo_component_data where resdept  < 1);

Many of these are misc. areas, but not all. Leaving in the misc. areas (e.g. rock outcrop) is a convenient way to bake-in their influence into the 800m grid cell.

Also see #5 for the kinds of restrictions to include. Perhaps we need a couple of maps.
