CRAN Release 0.1.2 #27

Plan is to make a CRAN release within next couple days.

Passing checks on various platforms. Docs have been spruced up, now with a new vignette and HTML: https://ncss-tech.github.io/SoilTaxonomy/docs/

Still haven't incorporated https://github.com/ncss-tech/SoilTaxonomy/pull/23
