Added helper functions for raster input data preparation. Initial sources include:
Added sample data (PRISM+ISSR800, DAYMET+ISSR800 in GeoTIFF format) to inst/extdata
"extdata/prism_issr800_sample.tif"
"extdata/daymet_issr800_sample.tif"
"INT2S"
"LZW"
"PREDICTOR=2"
Added core_thresh argument to newhall_batch() and better heuristics for nrows with and without multiple cores
core_thresh
newhall_batch()
nrows
cores
Recompiled JAR v1.6.4
Abstracted out longitude/latitude grid calculation, use "OGC:CRS84" for consistent determinations globally
"OGC:CRS84"
Added newhall_nad83_template()
newhall_nad83_template()
resolution
"800m"
Added newhall_prism_subset() and newhall_daymet_subset() helper methods for creating chunks of PRISM or DAYMET climate data, respectively
newhall_prism_subset()
newhall_daymet_subset()
Set minimum R version to 4.0.0 (for tools::R_user_dir())
tools::R_user_dir()
Merging. There may be some further revision to the "data" methods after these get trialed in the wild.
