`fetchLDM()` add `area_type` argument #294

This would allow queries based on area_type other than "ssa" by applying a filter to lab_area table before joining

Options will include:

                    area_type
1                     country
2                      county
3                        mlra
4 National_Forest_System_Land
5   national_park_system_land
6                         ssa
7             state_admin_div
