Major version release of mu-comparison report:

[x] convert raster/sp -> terra
[x] add clip-and-mask-rasters.R to standard set of scripts included with report
[x] verify setup.R; eliminate add'l dependencies of report v.s. sharpshootR [where possible]

I've seen some issues with new dependencies related to the specifications in v3.4.0 v.s. v4.0.0. It is time (overdue) to merge this.
