It would be nice if the output file names were specific to the map units named in config.R.

I've implemented this in my batch report generation process, shiny pedon report the new version of the MU comparison report. Will be able to bring it in in near future.

The current output / file naming settings can be overwhelming if many MUs are in set.

Should add option for user to specify a simpler name (that need not contain ALL musyms). And also control the format/number of output files. Default settings (in lieu of user override) will contain all MUSYMs.
