link points in ordination to points on the ground #40

The ordination figure would be a lot more useful if there were some way to link points in the figure with points on the ground. This could be as simple as preserving coordinates / IDs and outputting sampling locations (cLHS sub-sample). Some degree of interaction is needed when plots are cluttered:

Would be quite neat to see this implemented as an interactive graph alongside mapview. I.e for #46

See RANN package for efficient NN estimation in high-D space.

It might work something like this:

currently, points in ordination represent a clhs-subset of the original data
generate an index from ordination points to closest n original points via RANN
use new index to to link points in ordination to map (how?)
