Discovered at the Covey search (on Windows machines) that Garmin USB drivers must be installed first. Apparently .NET framework is a pre-requisite for the Garmin USB drivers.
Document the symptoms of missing usb drivers in Windows.
Also document that python has to be added to the path, which is an option in the GUI during python install.
