add 'subject located' button to the looks-like-a-clue popup #677

This would enable the operator to open the subject located dialog as soon as 'located' or 'found' is typed (whether those are the first words typed or they are preceded by 'subject' or such), since those two words would trigger the looks-like-a-clue popup.

Since this would be needed very infrequently - if 'located' or 'found' were typed before 'subject' - rather than adding a button, the popup message was expanded to include "(If you also type 'subject', the Subject Located form will open automatically.)"
